     o book accommodation at Eton Lodge telephone 01485 533783 or email using our contact form. Just let us know the dates you wish to book, the number of people staying and any special requirements.  We will reserve the room(s) in your name and ask for a deposit of £20 per night booked. This can be paid either by cheque (made payable to S Lees) or by BACS transfer. The room(s) will be reserved for at least seven days  and on receipt of the deposit will become a confirmed booking. A confirmation email or letter will be sent out to you.  The balance will be payable by either cash or cheque as you check out on your final morning.

Cancellation

If you find yourself unable to fulfil the booking for whatever reason do let us know as soon as possible and we will make every effort to re-let the room. If we do re-let the room then the deposit will be returned in full or offset against a future visit. If we are unable to re-let then we reserve the right to ask for payment in full for each night of the booked period that the room remains unoccupied.  Because of this we strongly recommend travel insurance.

Reserving particular rooms

We will always do our best to accommodate the wishes of guests who express a preference for a particular room. However, during busy periods it is not always possible to absolutely guarantee that a particular room that has been reserved will become available on that particular day.

Dogs

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
