Prices are for bed and breakfast and are per person per night
based on two people sharing an en-suite double room.
A supplement will apply for single occupancy of a double room.

For most of the year bed and breakfast accommodations can normally
only be booked in advance if at least two nights are booked. Bank holiday
weekends can only be booked in advance for a minimum of three nights.

What could be a more thoughtful gift for somebody than
a night (or more!) bed and breakfast away from it all,
beside the sea?

HOW IT WORKS Vouchers can be purchased for any length of stay - just work out the cost of the stay from the tariff above. Add a £5 administration charge per voucher, and post your cheque (made payable to S. Lees) to Eton Lodge together with your own address and that of the recipients.

We will post them the voucher inside an attractive card, along with any message you would like to include, and send you written confirmation. The recipient then simply contacts us at their convenience to book their stay!

PLEASE NOTE Vouchers must be for a minimum value of three nights bed and breakfast if being used over a Bank Holiday weekend, or a minimum of two nights if being used over any other weekend. All bookings are subject to availability.

Reservation Deposit
Upon making a reservation at Eton Lodge guests are asked to forward a deposit of
£20 for each night of their stay (cheque made payable to S Lees). The reservation
will not be confirmed until the cheque has been received but rooms will be held for
one week pending receipt of the deposit.

Cancellations Policy
If guests cancel a confirmed booking, or fail to arrive, we reserve the right to hold
them liable for the full cost of the booking unless the room can be re-let. If the room is
re-let there will be no charge and the deposit will be returned in full. We strongly
recommend travel insurance to cover any eventuality.
